New Listings in the Twin Cities region decreased 1.1 percent to 5,014. Pending Sales were down 4.9 percent to 3,470. Inventory levels fell 7.7 percent to 8,630 units.
But, prices continued to gain traction. The Median Sales Price increased 2.4 percent to $365,000. Days on Market was up 2.8 percent to 37 days. Buyers felt empowered as Months Supply of Homes for Sale was up 15.0 percent to 2.3 months.
